Day 258: Pathways

3/30 of anything but me

While in the Shenandoah Valley area we hit the infamous Luray Caverns. They were fun, quite amazing actually. And yes, they’re kind of a tourist trap. We enjoyed it, though. Two words of advice if you plan to go, go *early*. The line after 11am was at least 200 yards long, no exaggeration. Plus, the caverns get entirely too crowded in spots, even with just a handful of people. At any rate, it was fun. I had to get a little creative with my camera as it was pretty dark and attempting to shoot anything with my camera on an ISO higher than 400 ends up a grainy mess. Thankfully, portions of the caverns were fairly well lit, so I was able to play with some of the available light.

Camera Specs:
1/13 sec @ f/6.3, 18mm, ISO 400

Processing LR 4.4
