Day 256: A Wee Bit of Coke

1/30 of anything but me

In the span of just a few days I’ve been given two opposing challenges: all self portraits (a.k.a. selfies) for 30 days or zero selfies for 30 days. There are many upsides to doing selfies, as long as you’re okay with being in front of the camera: 1) you always have access to yourself 2) you don’t have to communicate your vision to someone else 3) you don’t have to worry about offending anyone with your editing skills because if you’re okay with the editing, that’s all that matters. I’ve taken a number of selfies, some obviously me others maybe not. Regardless, I think I can do the selfie okay. So I’m taking the second challenge…no selfies. For now. Oh trust…after 30 days of not shooting myself, pffft, you’ll see me again. I may flip to the all selfies challenge. ;-) So for the next 30 days…no me. Also, for the next couple of days I’ll be travelling in remote parts of the area, which means little to no internet access for uploading my daily shots. Never fear. I won’t cheat. I’ll still take one a day and will post them when I return. Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Here’s to summer.
